We are a non-profit university entity. We provide these services with the sole goal of helping you carry out your important mission. The only funds we collect are designed to keep us operational. If we can cut prices, we do.

If your shelter decides to have SeeDS visit you, an additional “final visit” fee will be added to the bill to cover for travel expenses incurred. The exact amount is dependent upon location.

The base costs for the SeeDS service includes: the survey, report generation, analysis of data, a final presentation of results provided by SeeDS, and supplemental action-planning materials.  The final presentation typically occurs via conference call. However, it can occur at the Rocky Mountain Center or at the shelter itself depending upon location. In this presentation we will provide a summary of the reports, discuss strengths and growth areas, and help generate ideas for interventions and solutions.

Optional Service: Additional Open-Ended Survey Questions

Four open-ended questions (three pre-determined, one of your choice) are provided in the basic service. In an effort to customize the survey to your shelter, SeeDS provides the option to have additional open-ended questions added to the survey for an added fee (based on the number of employees taking the survey).

Open-ended questions allow you to ask employees about a specific issue, solutions/suggestions for improvement, or anything that you see fit. See our sample open-ended questions used by other shelters for examples.
