Join RMCOEH for a lecture from Dr. Lehmann-Willenbrock, Vice Dean of Research and Transfer at Faculty of Psychology and Human Movement Science.

Dr. Lehmann-Willenbrock's lecture examines occupational stress among nursing home employees, focusing on recent research that uses employee surveys and machine learning to identify individual risk profiles associated with chronic stress. The findings reveal that regular physical activity helps mitigate stress levels, highlighting the need for wellness programs and targeted interventions that support both mental and physical well-being in this high-pressure work environment.
