The SeeDS Pulse Survey is a streamlined follow-up tool created exclusively for organizations that have already participated in the full SeeDS survey process. It is designed to help you maintain momentum and continue strengthening your organizational health between full-scale survey cycles. While the main SeeDS assessment offers a comprehensive overview of employee experiences, the Pulse Survey focuses on delivering quick, focused feedback that supports timely and informed decision-making.
The Pulse Survey helps shelter leadership remain closely attuned to what’s happening on the ground. Conducted on a quarterly basis, it allows for more frequent engagement with staff and enables shelters to address issues early, reinforce positive trends, and monitor progress over time.
Why Use the Pulse Survey?
One of the biggest challenges organizations face is maintaining visibility into workplace culture between major surveys or events. The Pulse Survey bridges this gap by providing critical insights at regular intervals—keeping leadership informed and employee voices heard.
Frequent Feedback Enables Timely Adjustments: With quarterly implementation, the Pulse Survey gives you the opportunity to spot issues as they arise rather than waiting for them to escalate. This timeliness allows for more responsive leadership and reinforces a culture of open communication.
Tracks Changes in Workplace Culture Over Time: By comparing Pulse results across quarters, your organization can track the impact of interventions, monitor improvements, and stay on top of shifts in morale, engagement, or team dynamics. It creates a living picture of your workplace that evolves with your organization.
Helps Identify Trends Before They Become Significant: Pulse data can reveal early indicators of potential challenges. Whether it’s emerging stressors, declining morale, or changing perceptions of leadership, early awareness positions you to take preventative action before problems grow.
