The Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health is hosting a free one-day seminar titled “Medical Expert Witness Testimony – Principles and Practice” aimed at providing valuable insights into providing expert witness testimony and exploring practical strategies for navigating the courtroom.
RMCOEH is honored to feature Donald Sinclair II, JD, as the seminar’s special guest lecturer. Sinclair, a distinguished member of the Steptoe & Johnson Emerging Contaminants Team, specializes in occupational and environmental litigation.
Other speakers are Dr. Kurt Hegmann, MD, the Director of RMCOEH and a practicing occupational medicine physician, and Dr. Erika Pliner, PhD, an Assistant Professor in the University of Utah Department of Mechanical Engineering and a faculty member in RMCOEH’s Ergonomics and Safety and Occupational Injury Prevention programs.
