Description
Join RMCOEH for Journal Club, in which students, faculty, and staff gather to discuss published scientific articles relevant to occupational and environmental health and safety. It is an opportunity for attendees to gain insights into the research process, sharpen their critical thinking skills, learn about other fields, and engage in spirited discussion.
This week's presenters will be Claudia Romero presenting “Stress, drink, leave: An examination of gender-specific risk factors for mental health problems and attrition among licensed attorneys.” We will also welcome Dr. d’Entremont who will be offering his well-earned insight on a scenario each of you will repeatedly encounter in your careers as OEHS professionals: making important decisions without complete or perfect information. Dr. d’Entremont will reference "The Polaris RZR, an Off-Road Thrill That Can Go Up in Flames."
