Andy Phillips, MD, MOH

I am an assistant professor within the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Program at RMCOEH, with my academic responsibilities including education and training of Occupational Medicine residents, graduate students, medical students, and other health professionals. In the clinical setting, I oversee residents as they perform care for injured workers, pre-employment exams, and fitness-for-duty and return-to-work evaluations. In addition, I play a role in helping develop a more robust health and safety program for the University of Utah campus. Further, I am involved in a variety of research projects, including my role as a co-investigator on multiple large, nationwide cohort studies.
