Jordyn Leslie, PhD

Jordyn Leslie is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with specialized training in Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) and Total Worker Health® (TWH). Her research program has been focused on (1) workplace leader capacity to provide effective nonwork support to their employees, (2) sleep as a particular nonwork experience that is especially pervasive for safety outcomes within vulnerable and high-risk working populations (e.g., construction workers, military employees, shift workers), and (3) other employee experiences within the nonwork domain (i.e., interactions with nature, conflict in romantic relationships) and the impact such experiences have on work outcomes.
